5/5Tvera sits quietly in the landscape and inside is a very comfortable and warm house that is very well furnished. The beds are extra comfortable. We were a party of 3 so had lots of space (there are 5 double/twin rooms).Everything we needed to cook meals was provided and the house has a dishwasher. Internet was reliable (though remember how remote this house is so don't expect superfast). We went out to Dynjandi (easy 45 mins) and Raudasandur. The natural hot tub a few minutes away is worth a visit.

5/5Gorgeous location in a position offering total relaxation. Complete quiet other than the ravens and nearby waterfall. Make sure you take all the shopping you need with you as the nearest shop is in Patrekfjordur around 40km away. The local hotel Flokalandur do offer a few basics if you're caught out, but it's really best to bring it all with you. The cottage is lovely and warm with all amenities you expect, dishwasher/internet etc , and really cannot be faulted.

5/5We recently stayed at Tvera with another couple to explore the Westfjords of Iceland. The accommodations were excellent. The house was impeccable and well provisioned. The location and view of the bay, was magical. Close to all the sights of the Westfjords and the ferry that shortened the drive. The house has a full modern kitchen, beautiful living room, WiFi, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, and easy to move into. The instructions provided made the experience even better.
